世界ウイグル会議指導部（2016年7月～）
世界ウイグル会議は民主的組織である。世界ウイグル会議の指導部は、世界ウイグル会議総会で、世界各国のウイグル人組織の代表らによる民主的選挙で選出される。任期は3年。世界ウイグル会議は、東トルキスタンのウイグル人の人権、宗教の自由、民主主義を平和的に促進している世界各国のほとんどのウイグル人組織と密接な協力関係を持っている。
